Up the Wall
Pne of the most bizarre aspects of the night Bazarre is this climbing wall. The children love it.
Both Robin and Elizabeth got to the top and rang the bell. Tommy and Patrick carry too much weight. And me? My feet remain firmly attached to solid ground.
Patrick made a little mistake and came off the wall when he was about four metres up. His belay, stanging about four metres away from the wall, took off and flew through the air, hitting the wall about three metres up.
Everybody was quite okay, but there were a lot of spectators, myself included, who were rolling on the floor with laughter.
Mr. belay thereafter made sure he was firmly anchored to the ground.
